Superb workmanship, great communication! We got our dear car back as if nothing happened to it, in a pristine condition as if it was new! Very clean inside and out. Vlad is the best all throughout the whole process; very accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. We were in a very sticky situation as our insurance company denied to cover the expenses and he made sure we get our vehicle back on the road with very reasonable cost. His business partner, Slava, is equally super nice! He even handed us a bottle of water when we picked up our car and made sure everything is in place with the car. Most importantly, they feel for their customers, no wonder they have 5 stars on their customer rating, their service is quick, top notch and the owners have big hearts. Vlad and his team took great care in the repair of my vehicle. They explained the process thoroughly and kept me in the loop via phone calls and texts throughout the process. My repairs included a rear bumper fix, paint, and garnish replacements. I also had a previous repair from another shop redone due to the poor quality. The Re-lux team was able to restore my car to factory finish, and it was all completed in 4-days! Some people say it couldn't be worked on. Re-Lux took her in and now it's like I just bought her. Some of the best attributes of working with a body shop is communication, consistency, fairness, and quality. Re-Lux has all these things. Very upfront communication, always giving me the latest, and I'm so glad I went with Re-Lux. Vlad is the best. When people say they'll "take care of you", that's what Vlad does. I know their slogan is "Restoring Confidence", but it could also be "Shredding Anxiety" because that's exactly what they did. The made a lot of exceptions for my vehicle and getting it repaired. I had gotten into an unavoidable accident with a tire remnant on the highway and felt devastated from my unluckiness and the tire destroyed my front bumper on the driver's side. I searched for multiple body shops to receive quotes and information, then I came across Re-lux Collision. Vlad was very honest and kind about the repair work that would be needed and was able to answer my many questions I had. Both Vlad and Slava helped me feel more comfortable about the repair that needed to be done, especially since I paid out of pocket for the damages. The repair was done rather quickly, 3 business days, and the front bumper looks awesome. After doing extensive research on my own as well, bumper matching is very difficult to do because of how the paint adheres to the material (plastic vs. metal), and they reassured me the same. Yet, they were still able to produce such a great outcome and I feel comfortable to drive my car again. Big shoutout to Slava and Vlad for being so accommodating to all my questions and needs. 100% recommending them to family, friends, and anyone else that needs body repair/work done.
